Why One True Light Ministries Exists
One True Light Ministries exists because too many believers are living the Christian life I once lived—religious but powerless, saved but not transformed, sincere but deceived.
Like Paul before his Damascus Road encounter—when Jesus appeared to him in blinding light, confronting his religious zeal with truth (Acts 9:3-6)—many Christians today are zealous but blind, active but ineffective, hearing God’s Word but not doing it.
Our mission is simple but urgent: to call believers to their Damascus Road moment with Jesus Christ as the One True Light.
We do this through:
– Biblical teaching that exposes cultural deception and religious compromise
– The Damascus Road Framework (STOP, LOOK, LISTEN, LIVE) that moves believers from hearing to doing
– Resources like “Hearing the Word, Doing the Word” that bridge the gap between knowledge and transformation

One True Light Ministries serves two crucial audiences:
For Believers: Those who are saved but living in cultural Christianity—religious activity without genuine transformation. Like Paul before his Damascus Road encounter, they’re sincere but deceived, hearing God’s Word but not doing it. They need awakening to authentic, abiding relationship with Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit’s work.
For Seekers: Those who haven’t yet experienced that initial Damascus Road moment—the moment of repentance and saving faith where Jesus Christ becomes the One True Light of their lives. The same gospel that awakens sleeping believers also saves the lost.

What We Stand For
We believe that every believer needs their own Damascus Road moment—an encounter with Jesus Christ as the One True Light that exposes deception and transforms everything.
We believe the American church has too often traded relationship for religion, transformation for information, and the Holy Spirit’s power for human wisdom.
We believe Scripture when it says, “Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves” (James 1:22).
We believe in justification by faith alone through Jesus Christ alone—and we believe that genuine faith produces genuine transformation through sanctification and abiding in Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit’s work. It is the effectual work of the Holy Spirit sent to us that accomplishes what we cannot. Jesus said, “I will not leave you orphans” (John 14:18). It is in repentance that we are reborn into this new walk, and that moment is the One True Light of our lives.
We believe believers are called to live by the Spirit and walk by the Spirit (Galatians 5:25), not to settle for cultural Christianity that transforms nothing.
We believe God is calling His church to wake up, to return to authentic faith, and to stop kicking against the goads.
